How to Submit a PayPal Withdrawal

Enter the amount you would like to withdraw, and then select the ‘Make A Payment‘ button.

If you are a new customer, fill in your details and an account will be created for you. If you are an existing customer, just login and proceed to the Billing & Additional Info screen.

Fill out the Banking Information Form with the local bank account details that the funds should be deposited to. Take note of the Transaction Breakdown showing the amount you will pay, our service charge amount, the amount you will receive in Jamaican dollars and the estimated deposit date*.

*The estimated deposit is the expected date that the funds should be reflected in your account.

Checkout and Pay with PayPal

We will send you automated emails whenever the status of your withdrawal request is updated. Once the transfer has been completed, you will receive an email stating same. At this point the funds should be reflected in your account.

Understanding the Withdrawal Process

Once your PayPal payment has been received we begin the withdrawal process by withdrawing the funds from PayPal to our U.S. Bank Account. This usually takes about 1 Business day* or less.

Once the withdrawal from PayPal is reflected in our U.S. Bank account, we then initiate the transfer from our U.S. Bank to your Local Account. This usually takes an additional 1 Business day* or less.

Once the transfer has cleared with the local bank, the funds should now be reflected in the local Jamaican bank account provided when submitting your request. A confirmation email is also sent confirming your request was completed.
